Graduado em Engenharia Florestal pela Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso, especialista em Prevenção e Controle de Incêndios Florestais pela Universidade Federal do Paraná e Mestre em Defesa e Segurança Civil pela Universidade Federal Fluminense. Coronel Bombeiro Militar da Reserva remunerada, atua nas diversas áreas de emergências Bombeiro Militar (incêndio florestal, mergulho de resgate, salvamento e primeiros socorros) e possui experiência em organização de eventos esportivos. Atualmente coordenando elaboração de normas tecnicas brasileiras (ABNT) e internacional (ISO)

Graduated in Forestry Engineering from the Federal University of Mato Grosso, specialist in Prevention and Control of Forest Fires from the Federal University of Paraná and Master in Civil Defense and Security from the Fluminense Federal University. Colonel Military Firefighter of the Paid Reserve, works in the various areas of Military Firefighter emergencies (forest fire, rescue diving, rescue and first aid) and has experience in organizing sporting events. Currently coordinating the elaboration of Brazilian (ABNT) and international (ISO) technical standards.
