Graduado em Educação Física (UNESP, 1995), Especialista em Teorias e Métodos de Pesquisa em Educação Física, Esporte e Lazer (UNICAMP, 2001) e em Gestão em Saúde (UFSJ, 2018), Mestre em Ciências Médicas - Saúde na Comunidade (USP Faculdade de Medicina de Ribeirão Preto, 2008) e Doutor em Ciências - Enfermagem em Saúde Pública (USP Escola de Enfermagem de Ribeirão Preto, 2016). Atuou como técnico especializado em esportes (SESC Maranhão, 1996-1999) e monitor de esportes (SESC São Paulo, 2000-2002). Foi colaborador do Programa PET-Saúde USP Ribeirão Preto (2010-2012). Foi membro titular do Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa (EERP-USP, 2016-2018). Ocupou a Vice-Presidência do Conselho Local de Saúde do Centro de Saúde Escola Profa. Dra. Maria Herbênia Oliveira Duarte (2013-2017) e foi membro titular do Conselho Municipal de Saúde de Ribeirão Preto (2016-2017). Atuou como Presidente do Conselho Local de Saúde do Centro de Saúde Escola Profa. Dra. Maria Herbênia Oliveira Duarte (2017-2019), membro suplente do Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Escola de Educação Física e Esporte da USP Ribeirão Preto (2017-2020), membro suplente do Conselho Municipal de Urbanismo de Ribeirão Preto, representante do segmento movimentos sociais de moradia (2018-atual). Tem experiência adicional na área cinematográfica nas funções de diretor, produtor, cinegrafista e roteirista com produção de 10 filmes (curtas, média e longa) e supervisão geral de 14 curtas-metragens realizados por tutores, preceptores e alunos PET-Saúde. Atua nas áreas da Atenção Básica em Saúde, Envelhecimento, Saúde do Idoso, Educação Física e Saúde Coletiva, Produção cinematográfica, Cinema.

He served as President of the Local Health Council of the School Health Center Profa. Dr. Maria Herbênia Oliveira Duarte (2017-2019), alternate member of the Research Ethics Committee of the USP Ribeirão Preto School of Physical Education and Sport (2017-2020), alternate member of the Ribeirão Preto Municipal Council of Urbanism, representative of the social housing movements segment (2018-current). He has additional experience in the cinematographic area as director, producer, videographer and screenwriter with the production of 10 films (short, medium and long) and general supervision of 14 short films made by tutors, tutors and PET-Saúde students. Operates in the areas of Primary Health Care, Aging, Health of the Elderly, Physical Education and Collective Health, Film production, Cinema.
