Doutor em Relações Internacionais pela PUC Minas com período sanduíche no programa em Economia das Mudanças Inovativas pela Friedrich Schiller Universität Jena. Mestre em Relações Internacionais pela PUC-Minas (2017); Bolsista capes mestrado; Graduado em Relações Internacionais pela PUC-Minas (2014). Membro do Sustainability Transition Research Network (STRN) e membro do Organization Team do Network for Early Carrer Researchers in Sustainability Transition (NEST). Membro da Associação Brasileira de Relações Internacionais (ABRI) e da International Studies Association (ISA). Coordenador Auxiliar do Grupo de Pesquisa em Instituições Internacionais e Segurança da PUC-Minas. Desenvolve estudos na área de Ciência Política, com ênfase em Política Internacional nas áreas temáticas: ciência, inovação e tecnologia, energia, meio ambiente e transições sustentáveis.
