FRANÇOIS MARIE ARTIGUENAVE

PhD Microbial Genetics from the Université René Descartes Paris V (1996) and MBA from ESSEC Business School (2010).Currently Visiting Professor at the UNICAMP, Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Brazil and head of the CEA Genoscope bioinformatics group (Commissariat A L'Energie Atomique, France). Participated to different sequencing genome projects, including the Human Genome Project. Interested in bioinformatics analysis with an emphasis towards understanding sequence/function relationship and evolution. Has a standing experience in bioinformatics both in academia and in private companies.
