Marcia Leonora Santos Regis Orlandini

He holds a law degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1986), a Master's degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2000) and a Doctorate in International Law from the University of Valencia (ES ). Adjunct Professor of Law at the Federal University of Uberlândia since 1995. Coordinator of the Clutter to Slave Labor Clinic at the Federal University of Uberlândia. He has experience in the area of Law, with emphasis on Labor Law, Collective Labor Law, Human Rights, working mainly on the following subjects: Labor Law, Labor Procedural Law, Collective Labor Law, Labor Procedure, International Labor Contract, Work Abroad, Service Contracts, Outsourcing.

Possui graduação em DIREITO pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (1986), Mestrado em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2000) e Doctorado en Derecho, Ciencia Política y Criminología pela Universidade de Valencia (2022). Atualmente é professor adjunto IV da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia. Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direito, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: direito relações obrigacionais, contrato de trabalho, trabalho, prestação de serviços, contrato de traba, processo do trabalho e contrato e enfrentamento ao trabalho escravo.
