José Augusto de Oliveira

Assistant Professor Doctor at the Paulista State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP). He holds a PhD in Production Engineering from the São Carlos Engineering School (EESC), University of São Paulo (USP), Master of Production Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of Bauru (FEB) of the Paulista State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" ( UNESP), Environmental Engineer graduated from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) and Bachelor of Business Administration from the Claretian University Center. He is leader of the research group Center for Advanced and Sustainable Technologies (CAST) and of the university extension group Retec Unesp - Reciclando Tecnologia, and member of the Cleaner Production Advancement Network. Has interest and experience in the themes related to Engineering and Life Cycle Management of industrial products and services, with main focus on: Life Cycle Assessment (LCA); Cleaner Production (CP); Ecodesign; e Product End of Life estrategies (EoL).

É Professor Assistente Doutor na Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP). É Doutor em Engenharia de Produção pela Escola de Engenharia de São Carlos (EESC) da Universidade de São Paulo (USP), Mestre em Engenharia de Produção pela Faculdade de Engenharia de Bauru (FEB) da Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP), Engenheiro Ambiental pela Universidade Federal de São Carlos (UFSCar) e Bacharel em Administração pelo Centro Universitário Claretiano. É líder do grupo de pesquisa Center for Advanced and Sustainable Technologies (CAST) e do grupo de extensão universitária Retec Unesp - Reciclando Tecnologia. É membro da Rede de Avanços em Produção Mais Limpa e da rede internacional Life Cycle Initiative. Pesquisador da rede internacional Photonics International Network (PIN), firmado pelo Convênio CAPES PRINT UNESP Redes de Pesquisa Internacionais, um projeto de Cooperação entre UNESP, Universidade de Bordeaux (França), Universidade de Aveiro (Portugal) e Universidade Laval (Canadá). Tem interesse e experiência nos temas relacionados à Engenharia do Ciclo de Vida de produtos tecnológicos, com foco principal em: Avaliação do Ciclo de Vida (ACV); Produção Mais Limpa (P+L); Ecodesign; e Estratégias de fim de vida do produto (EoL), especialmente a Reciclagem.
