Cristiano Berardo Carneiro da Cunha

Graduated in Medicine from the University of Pernambuco (2006). Currently, he is Coordinator of Adult Cardiovascular Surgery at Instituto de Medicina Integral Prof Fernando Figueira-IMIP, where he also coordinates Medical Residency in Cardiovascular Surgery. He has a Master's Degree in Surgery from the Federal University of Pernambuco and a Doctorate in Comprehensive Health from IMIP. At the moment, he is a postdoctoral fellow in Cardiovascular Research at Harvard Medical School (Brigham and Women's Hospital), with a scholarship from the Lemann Foundation, where he works at the Translational Laboratory for the development of new technologies. He is Professor of the Master's Degree in Intensive Care at IMIP. He was substitute professor of Thoracic Surgery at the Federal University of Pernambuco, and Tutor of the Medicine Course at the Pernambuco Faculty of Health. Theme in the area of Medicine, with emphasis on Cardiology, Adult and Child Cardiac Surgery, in addition to the application of Machine Learning in clinical practice

É graduado em Medicina pela Universidade de Pernambuco (2006). Atualmente, é Coordenador da Cirurgia Cardiovascular Adulto do Instituto de Medicina Integral Prof Fernando Figueira - IMIP, onde é coordenador da Residência Médica em Cirurgia Cardiovascular. Tem Mestrado em Cirurgia pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco e Doutorado em Saúde Integral no IMIP. No momento, cursa pós-doutorado em Pesquisa Cardiovascular na Harvard Medical School (Brigham and Women's Hospital), bolsista da Lemann Foundation, onde trabalha no Laboratório Translacional para desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias. É Professor Titular do Mestrado em Cuidados Intensivos do IMIP. Foi professor substituto da cadeira de Cirurgia Torácica da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, e Tutor do Curso de Medicina na Faculdade Pernambucana de Saúde. Temática na área de Medicina, com ênfase em Cardiologia, Cirurgia Cardíaca Adulto e Infantil, além de aplicação de Machine Learning na prática Clínica
