He holds a PhD in Business Administration from FUMEC-MG. Master in Business Administration from Faculdade Novos Horizontes, specialized in Strategic Marketing Management from UFMG and graduated in Business Administration from Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (1999). He is currently a researcher and professor at FUMEC in the Undergraduate, Master's and Doctorate courses, Associate Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral and Planning consultant working at CEFET / MG. He is a member of the GEICE research group on innovation management, competitive intelligence and entrepreneurship, formerly called GEIQE until 2014/1, at FUMEC university, member of the CEFET/MG research group Nucleus of Organizational Studies, Society and Subjectivity - NOSS, member from the research group on innovation and knowledge Leuven/ Belgium and from the Innovation Studies Finland group of the VTT Technical Research Center of Finland. He is currently deputy editor of Revista REGEPE and Caderno de Administração. He also serves as a member of the review committee for several journals, including: Sage Open; International Journal of Organization Analysis, BAR (Brazilian Administration Review), Current Psychology Latin American Business Review. He is currently the leader of Theme 9 - Work, Organizations and Subjectivity, GPR, ANPAD and the theme 7 of ANEGEPE, minority entrepreneurship.
Possui Doutorado em Administração pela FUMEC-MG. Mestrado em administração pela Faculdade Novos Horizontes, especializado em Gestão Estratégica de Marketing pela UFMG e graduado em Administração de Empresas pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (1999). Atualmente é professor do Mestrado e Doutorado FUMEC e consultor de Planejamento da FIOCRUZ, atuando no CEFET/MG. É membro do grupo de pesquisas GEICE sobre gestão da inovação, inteligência competitiva e empreendedorismo, da universidade FUMEC, membro do grupo de pesquisa do CEFET/MG Núcleo de Estudos Organizacionais, Sociedade e Subjetividade - NOSS, membro do grupo de pesquisa em inovação e conhecimento Leuven/ Bélgica e do grupo Innovation Studies Finland da VTT Technical Research Center of Finland. Atualmente é editor adjunto da Revista REGEPE, RAE e Caderno de Administração. Também atua como membro do comitê avaliador de diversas revistas dentre elas: Sage Open; International Journal of Organization Analysis, BAR (Brazilian Administration Review), Current Psychology Latin American Business Review. Atualmente é líder do Tema 9 - Trabalho, Organizações e Subjetividade, GPR, ANPAD e do tema 7 da ANEGEPE, empreendedorimo de minoria.
