Diane Simon Rozzetto e Silva

Pesquisadora Associada na Corteva Agriscience. Doutora em Genética e Melhoramento de Plantas pela Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" da Universidade de São Paulo (ESALQ/USP) e Mestre pela mesma instituição. Realizou intercâmbio na University of Wisconsin - Madison. Possui MBA em Gestão de Projetos (ESALQ/USP). Graduada em Engenharia Agronômica pelo Centro de Ciências Agroveterinárias da Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (CAV/UDESC) e possui curso Técnico em Agropecuária pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (CAC/UFSC). Tem experiência em agronomia com ênfase em Melhoramento Vegetal atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Cultura de Tecidos e desenvolvimento de linhagens de milho e soja; Melhoramento Clássico de Arroz, Soja, Trigo e Feijão; Caracterização de Bancos de germoplasma e Biotecnologia.

She was an internship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She holds an MBA in Project Management (ESALQ / USP). Graduated in Agronomic Engineering from the Center for Agricultural Sciences of the University of the State of Santa Catarina (CAV/UDESC) and a Technical course in Agriculture from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (CAC/UFSC). She has experience in agronomy with an emphasis on Plant Breeding, working mainly on the following topics: Tissues Culture and development of corn and soybean lines; Breeding in Rice, Soybeans, Wheat and Beans; Characterization of Germplasm Banks and Biotechnology.
