Rebeca Moreira Rangel

Psicóloga graduada pela Universidade de Fortaleza (2006), com formação em Avaliação Psicológica pelo Neuropsicocentro, Especialista em Avaliação Psicológica pelo CRP-11 (2021), Especialista em Psicoterapia Psicanalítica pela Escola de Psicoterapia Psicanalítica de Fortaleza e Mestra em Políticas Públicas e Sociedade pela Universidade Estadual do Ceará (2015). No momento, doutoranda em Psicologia na Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro. Realizou, por dez anos, trabalhos voluntários de acompanhamento psicológico, realização de palestras e avaliações psicológicas aos policiais e familiares de policiais do Batalhão de Choque da Polícia Militar do Ceará, além de acompanhamento de cursos como CATE, COESP, COTAM, CDC e COTAR. Trabalha com Psicologia clínica e Avaliação Psicológica desde 2007, atua com prevenção e intervenção em crise. Atua ainda como docente no ensino superior desde, ministrando aulas, orientando TCC e supervisionando estágios (UNINASSAU - CE e RJ, e FBUNI-CE). Atua como docente em cursos de formação sobre Psicologia Jurídica (Instituto Fratelli) e na Especialização em Autolesão e comportamento suicida (Instituto Vita Alere). Fundou a Assessoria de Assistência Biopsicossocial da Secretaria de Segurança Pública e Defesa Social do Ceará, setor o qual promove acompanhamento biopsicossocial aos agentes e familiares que compõem a Segurança Pública do estado do Ceará (Polícia Militar, Corpo de Bombeiros Militar, Polícia Civil, Perícia Forense). No momento, atua ainda na Cooperativa de Atendimento Pré & Hospitalar - COAPH desde 2020, além de fazer parte do Programa SegurançaQPrevine, do IPPES, em parceria com Ministério Público do Rio de Janeiro.

For ten years, he carried out voluntary psychological follow-up work, lectures and psychological assessments for police officers and families of police officers from the Shock Battalion of the Military Police of Ceará, in addition to monitoring courses such as CATE, COESP, COTAM, CDC and COTAR. Works with Clinical Psychology and Psychological Assessment since 2007, works with prevention and crisis intervention. He has also been teaching in higher education since, teaching classes, guiding TCC and supervising internships (UNINASSAU - CE and RJ, and FBUNI-CE). He works as a teacher in training courses on Legal Psychology (Fratelli Institute) and in the Specialization in Self-Injury and Suicidal Behavior (Vita Alere Institute). He founded the Biopsychosocial Assistance Advisory of the Secretariat of Public Security and Social Defense of Ceará, a sector which promotes biopsychosocial monitoring of the agents and family members that make up the Public Security of the state of Ceará (Military Police, Military Fire Department, Civil Police, Forensic Expertise ). At the moment, he also works at the Pre & Hospital Care Cooperative - COAPH since 2020, in addition to being part of the IPPES SegurançaQPrevine Program, in partnership with the Rio de Janeiro Public Ministry.
