Adler Moura

Bacharel em Ciências Militares e Administração pela Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras. Possui Especialização em Defesa Antiaérea, Missão de Paz, Inteligência, Desenvolvimento de Doutrina e Emprego de Mísseis e Foguetes, Comunicação Social, Comando e Estado-Maior, Estado-Maior Conjunto e Mestrado em Ciências Militares. Tem experiência de missões no exterior na África, como Observador Militar da ONU no Sudão, foi Oficial Aluno no exterior no Korea Language Military Institute, quando aprendeu idioma coreano, e cursou a Joint Forces Military Institute na Corea do Sul, obtendo posição destacada para o Brasil. Já comandou Organizações Operacionais de Artilharia do Exército Brasileiro por duas vezes e foi Chefe de Seções de Estado-Maior (Singular e Conjunto), assessorando Oficiais Generais do Alto Comando do Exército e de outras Forças Armadas. Fala, lê e escreve nos idiomas inglês, espanhol e coreano.

Bachelor of Military Science and Administration from the Military Academy of Agulhas Negras. He has a Specialization in Air Defense, Peacekeeping Mission, Intelligence, Doctrine Development and Missile and Rocket Employment, Social Communication, Command and Staff, Joint Staff and Master Degree in Military Sciences. He has experience of overseas missions in Africa, as a UN Military Observer in Sudan, was an International Student Officer at the Korea Language Military Institute, when he learned Korean, and attended the Joint Forces Military Institute in South Korea, obtaining a prominent position for the Brazil. He has already commanded Artillery Operational Organizations of the Brazilian Army twice and was Chief of General Staff Sections (Singular and Joint), advising General Officers of the High Command of the Army and other Armed Forces. Speaks, reads and writes in English, Spanish and Korean.
