Raphael Ferreira e Costa

Born in Belo Horizonte, MG, and graduated in Dentistry from the Federal University of Minas Gerais. He performed Residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Traumatology (CTBMF) at the Faculty of Dentistry of Araraquara / SP- UNESP, accredited by MEC. He participated and presented works in several scientific events during his training, in addition to extension courses. He holds postgraduate degrees in Dental Surgery and Implant Dentistry. Master in Dentistry (emphasis in Stomatology) by the Federal University of Minas Gerais. He currently works in the private sector in private practice and hospitals in Belo Horizonte, such as Hospital Mater Dei, LifeCenter and Instituto Orizonti. He is part of the craniomaxillofacial surgery team at Instituto Orizonti, headed by Dr. Klaus Rodrigues (Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais). Medical graduation in progress by the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Minas Gerais with graduation scheduled for 7/2026. He works in maxillofacial surgery with a focus on bone reconstruction, facial trauma, jaw pathologies, implant rehabilitation, 3rd molar surgery, orthognathic and TMJ surgery.

Natural de Belo Horizonte, MG, e graduado em Odontologia pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. Realizou Residência em Cirurgia e Traumatologia Buco-Maxilo-Facial ( CTBMF) pela Faculdade de Odontologia de Araraquara/ SP- UNESP, credenciada pelo MEC. Participou e apresentou trabalhos em diversos eventos científicos durante a formação, além de cursos de extensão. Possui pós graduações em cirurgia odontológica e Implantodontia. Mestre em Odontologia (ênfase em Estomatologia) pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. Atualmente trabalha na iniciativa privada em consultório particular e hospitais em Belo Horizonte, como Hospital Mater Dei, LifeCenter e Instituto Orizonti. Faz parte da equipe de cirurgia crânio-maxilo-facial do Instituto Orizonti, chefiada pelo Dr. Klaus Rodrigues (Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais). Graduação de medicina em andamento pela Faculdade de Ciências Médicas de Minas Gerais com formatura prevista para 7/2026. Atua na cirurgia maxilofacial com foco em reconstruções ósseas, traumas de face, patologias dos maxilares, reabilitações com implante, cirurgia de 3os molares, cirurgia ortognática e de ATM.
