He is a Brazilian Federal Auditor, General Coordinator of Planning and Innovation at the Federal Internal Control Secretariat of the Office of the Comptroller General (CGU). Master in Governance and Development, MBA in Software Engineering Project Management and Bachelor in Computer Science. Certified in Government Auditing (CGAP-IIA) and in Project Management (PMP-PMI). Author of the Federal Government Portfolio and Project Management Guide. He works with Internal Auditing, Project and Risk Management as a practitioner, teacher and facilitator. He has represented Brazil in official delegations in discussions related to the internal audit function at the OECD and the UN.
É Auditor Federal de Finanças e Controle, Coordenador-Geral de Planejamento e Inovação da Secretaria Federal de Controle Interno da Controladoria-Geral da União (CGU). Mestre em Governança e Desenvolvimento com especialização em Gestão de Projetos e Bacharel em Ciência da Computação. É certificado em Auditoria Governamental e em Gerenciamento de Projetos. É autor do Guia de Gerenciamento de Portfólios e Projetos do Governo Federal. Já representou o Brasil em delegações oficiais em discussões ligadas à função de auditoria interna na OCDE e na ONU. Atua nas temáticas Auditoria Interna, Gerenciamento de Projetos e de Riscos como praticante, professor e facilitador.
