Lucio Melre da Silva

Master in Knowledge Management and Information Technology from the Catholic University of Brasília, where he developed the dissertation METHOD TO AFFIN ALIGNMENT BETWEEN STRATEGIC INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PLANNING AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY GOVERNANCE ACTIONS. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Brasília (1989), Mathematics - Full Degree from the University Center of Brasília (1987) and Law from the Unified Teaching Association of the Federal District (1999). Servant of the Judiciary since 1984, he has been the IT director of STF, CNJ, STJ, CJF and JFDF. today he holds the position of Director of Information Technology at the Federal Regional Court of the 1st Region. It has COBIT, ITIL V3 and ISO 20.000 certifications. He has extensive experience in governance and management of information technology and IT governance.

É graduado em Engenharia Civil pela Universidade de Brasília (1989), Matemática - Licenciatura Plena pelo Centro Universitário de Brasília (1987) e Direito pela Associação de Ensino Unificado do Distrito Federal (1999). Servidor do Poder Judiciário desde 1984, já foi diretor de TI do STF, CNJ, STJ, CJF e JFDF. hoje ocupa a função de Diretor de Tecnologia da Informação do Tribunal Regional Federal da 1ª Região. Possui certificações COBIT, ITIL V3 e ISO 20.000. Tem larga experiência em governança e gestão da tecnologia da informação e governança de TI.
