Master in International Relations from the Graduate Program in International Relations San Tiago Dantas (UNESP, UNICAMP and PUC-SP), researcher and member of the executive coordination of the Center for International Studies and Analysis (NEAI). Researches international political economy, sustainable development and public policy, bioeconomics and international climate policy. He was a fellow at the Managing Global Governance (MGG) Academy 2022 at the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS) in Bonn, Germany. He was a researcher at the Observatório de Regionalismo (ODR) (2016-2019). Bachelor in International Relations from São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2012) with an exchange period at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Business Administration at the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) in Spain. He is a professional member of the Brazilian Association of International Relations (ABRI). He is the State Coordinator of the National Land Credit Program (PNCF) in the State of São Paulo, Agrarian Development Analyst at the São Paulo Land Institute Foundation (ITESP), and an associated researcher at the Palinology Laboratory at the Environmental Research Institute (IPA)

É Coordenador do Programa Nacional de Crédito Fundiário (PNCF) no Estado de São Paulo, e pesquisador associado do Laboratório de Palinologia, Instituto de Pesquisas Ambientais e Analista de Desenvolvimento Agrário da Fundação Instituto de Terras do Estado de Sao Paulo (ITESP) .
