Vinicius Almeida Coelho

B.Sc. in Exact and Technological Science from Universidade Federal do Recôncavo da Bahia, UFRB (2016). B.Sc. in Civil Engineering also from UFRB (2018). M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Post Graduation Program in Civil Engineering (PPEC) of the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA). Ph.D. Student in Civil Engineering (PPEC - UFBA). Acted as remunerated Teacher Assistant (TA) of the curricular subject Differential and Integral Calculus IV in the 2015.1 period and voluntary TA of the curricular subject Hydraulic, Sanitary and Building Installations in the 2017.2 period at the Center of Exact and Technological Science (CETEC - UFRB). Participated in the Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação em Desenvolvimento Tecnológico e Inovação [Institutional Scholarship Program for Initiation in Technological Development and Innovation] (PIBITI - CNPq) and Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação Científica [Institutional Scholarship Program for Scientific Initiation] (PIBIC - CNPq), developing research in the field of cementitious materials. Was member of the Researsh Group on Cement Matrixes (GPMC) at UFRB (2016-2018), researching mainly on cement, mortars, concretes and reuse of industrial waste. Was also member of the Civil Engineering Junior Enterprise of UFRB (ConstruREC Jr, 2016-2018), acting as permanent member in the project and quality boards, participating also in the Organizing Committee of the 1st Concrete Congress of Recôncavo (I CONCREREC). Acted as volunteer intern at the GTÁGUAS group of UFRB in the "Projeto de Uso Racional da Água" [Rational Use of Water Project], collaborating with the Coordination of Infrastructure and Environment (CIMAM - UFRB) in the design of rainwater harvesting and reuse projects in the university campus of Cruz das Almas. Developed research with alkali-activated materials and industrial waste reuse during master's degree as scholarship holder (FAPESB). Currently researches on construction materials and buildings' pathologies, performance and degradation.

Bacharel em Ciências Exatas e Tecnológicas pela Universidade Federal do Recôncavo da Bahia, UFRB (2016). Possui graduação em Engenharia Civil, UFRB (2018). Mestre em Engenharia Civil pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia Civil (PPEC) da Universidade Federal da Bahia, UFBA (2021). É Doutorando em Engenharia Civil (PPEC - UFBA). Atuou como monitor remunerado do componente curricular Cálculo Diferencial e Integral IV no período letivo 2015.1 e como monitor voluntário do componente curricular Instalações Hidráulicas, Sanitárias e Prediais no período letivo 2017.2 no Centro de Ciências Exatas e Tecnológicas (CETEC - UFRB). Já participou, como bolsista, do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação em Desenvolvimento Tecnológico e Inovação(PIBITI - CNPq) e do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação Científica (PIBIC - CNPq) desenvolvendo pesquisa na área de estudo de materiais cimentícios. Foi membro do Grupo de Pesquisa em Matrizes Cimentícias (GPMC) da UFRB (2016-2018), onde atuou principalmente nos temas relacionados a materiais cimentícios, argamassas, concretos e reutilização de resíduos industriais. Foi membro da Empresa Júnior de Engenharia Civil da UFRB - ConstruREC Jr (2016-2018), atuando principalmente como membro efetivo nas diretorias de projetos e qualidade, participando ainda como membro da Comissão Organizadora do 1º Congresso de Concreto do Recôncavo - I CONCREREC. Desenvolveu estágio voluntário no grupo GTÁGUAS da UFRB no "Projeto de Uso Racional da Água", colaborando junto com a Coordenadoria de Infraestrutura e Meio Ambiente (CIMAM - UFRB) no desenvolvimento de projetos de captação e reuso de água de chuva no campus de Cruz das Almas. Foi bolsista FAPESB durante o mestrado, desenvolvendo pesquisa com materiais álcali-ativados e reutilização de resíduos. Atualmente desenvolve pesquisa na linhas de materiais de construção, patologias, desempenho e degradação das construções.
