He has experience in the defense of class rights because as a pharmacist he served as a union leader for three terms, including two of them, the State of Paraíba in the National Federation of Pharmacists - FENAFAR. He was twice elected regional pharmacy adviser to represent the category of pharmacist in Paraíba, being one of the mandates elected also vice-president director of CRF-PB. He was elected Federal Councilor of Pharmacy for the Federal Pharmacy Council to represent Paraíba. He has experience in collective health and social control in health, since he was elected by three terms of counselor and president director of the Municipal Health Council of the Municipality of João Pessoa. Being also president and general coordinator of the V municipal health conference of the municipality of João Pessoa - State Capital. Currently in this council occupies the position of president. He has extensive experience in management because he holds in his curriculum the fact that he was director of the local phytotherapy laboratory in João Pessoa - Pb; Director of district pharmacy in the three sanitary district in João Pessoa; Vice-president of the CRF / PB, the pharmacists' union and the municipal health council; He was Technical Director of Medicines, Food, Products and Toxicology of the State Vigilance Agency - AGEVISA, and later, on merit, general director of the same state agency; He was administrative director of the hospital's pediatric complex in the state, the Arlinda Marques Pediatric Complex (CPAM). He is currently director of the Death Verification Service of the State of Paraíba - SVO / PB. Thus, it has professional activity always linked to education and in defense of quality health aimed at efficient, effective and effective management. Possui graduação em FARMÁCIA com habilitação em BIOQUÍMICA pela Universidade Federal da Paraíba, graduação em BIOLOGIA pela Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (2006), graduação em SAÚDE COLETIVA pela Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (2006) e mestrado em SAÚDE COLETIVA pela Universidade Católica de Santos (2017). Atualmente é Coordenador do Serviço de Verificação de Óbito (SUS/SES/PB), representante estadual eleito da Federação Nacional dos Farmacêuticos, conselheiro e diretor-presidente do Conselho Municipal de Saúde de João Pessoa, farmaceutico da Prefeitura Municipal de João Pessoa. É DOCENTE do curso de Medicina (UNIPE), na área de SAÚDE COLETIVA, com ênfase em GESTÃO EM SAÚDE e EPIDEMIOLOGIA.
