MIGUEL OTÁVIO BARRETO CAMPELO DE MELO

He has Post-Doctorate at UFPB (LACOP-UFPB) in the area of #8203;#8203;Human Factors at Work and Neuroergonomics in Electric Energy Centers (2019). He has Post-Doctorate at the University of Lisbon-Portugal (UL) in the area of #8203;#8203;Ergonomics and Human Factors at Work in Energy Centers (2013). Doctor (2006), BSc and MSc (1996) in Production and Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB) and Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). He is a collaborating researcher at the Technology Center (LAT-UFPB). Visiting researcher at the University of Lisbon (UL) in Portugal (2012-2013). Professor and researcher at UNITA-Centro Universitário Tabosa de Almeida Caruaru-PE (2015-2020), at UNIFBV, Recife-PE (2016-2022) and at Universidade Potiguar UNP Natal-RN (2015-2021) in the areas: Production Engineering; Energy and production; Occupational Safety and Ergonomics; Generation of Clean and Renewable Energy. He is deputy leader of the Research Group registered at CNPq: Energy and Production (GEP). He is a member of the CNPq Research Group: Comfort, Efficiency and Safety at Work at UFPB (CESET). He has more than 84 articles published in Journals and Congresses abroad and in Brazil with 119 citations in SCOPUS and WEB OF SCIENCE. Author of two books in the following areas of Engineering: Energy and Production, Neuroergonomics and Human Factors at Work. Supervised and/or co-supervised more than 55 dissertations and monographs in the areas of Production Engineering; Cognitive Ergonomics at Work; Human Factors of Work in the electricity sector and related sectors. He was a researcher in several projects financed by CNPq and in two projects within the National Electric Energy Agency Program ANEEL-CHESF in areas of the NE Semi-Arid region. He was a researcher in the area of #8203;#8203;Regional Development and Public Policies for Energy and Sustainability in the project "Sustainable João Pessoa Action Plan" agreement Inter-American Development Bank BID-FUNDAJ (Joaquim Nabuco Foundation)-CEF (2013-2016). Foi pesquisador na área de Desenvolvimento Regional e Politicas Públicas de Energia e Sustentabilidade do projeto "Plano de Ação João Pessoa Sustentável" convênio Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento BID-FUNDAJ (Fundação Joaquim Nabuco)-CEF (2013-2016).
