Graduated in Technology Management Information Systems from the Fundação Novo Milênio (2007) and MBA specializing in Project Management from the University of Vila Velha (2009). Currently supports the national coordination of Telemedicine University Network Program (RUTE) of the National Research and Education Advanced Network (RNP) (RNP was created in 1989 by the Science and Technology Ministry (MCT) with the objective of building a national Internet network for the academic community).
