Marcelo Takashi Misato

Masters student at the Program in Environmental Science of University of São Paulo (PROCAM / USP), degree in Environmental Management from the School of Arts, Sciences and Humanities of University of São Paulo (EACH / USP). Develops research with the question of natural and cultural heritage and its interface with the landscape and environment. He has experience in Environmental Planning in Protected Areas, mainly in the following areas: public policy, environmental education, urban planning. Worked in Fundação Florestal in the State of São Paulo, developing projects in Protected Areas Sustainable Use. Participated in the Summit C40 Cities: Climate Leadership Group, through international competition ?Technology and Managemant International Business Plan Competition at C40 Climate Summit?

Possui graduação em Graduação em Gestão Ambiental pela Universidade de São Paulo (2011) e mestrado em Ciência Ambiental pela Universidade de São Paulo (2015). Atualmente é doutorando da Universidade de São Paulo e chefe setor gestão ambiental da Fundação Parque Zoológico de São Paulo. Tem experiência na área de Ciências Ambientais, com ênfase em Ciências Ambientais, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Políticas publicas, Unidade de Conservação, Planejamento Ambiental, Área de Proteção Ambiental e gestão do Patrimônio Natural.
