A formação inicial profissional é baseada na graduação em DIREITO pela Universidade Candido Mendes (1995), com especialização em Direito do Comércio internacional. Posteriormente, a formação continuada foi no Mestrado em Direito Público na Universidade Estácio de Sá com especialização em Direito, Estado e Justiça (1998). Atualmente, tem o Título de Mestre em Ciências Jurídicas Internacionais pela Universidade de Lisboa, mediante aprovação pelo Conselho Científico da Tese Direito Antidiscriminação (2017).

The initial professional training is based at the Bachelor graduation in Law at Candido Mendes University, with specialization in International Trade Law.The initial professional experience is in the area of Private Law, with emphasis on Civil Law, Labor Law and Business Law.Subsequently, the continuing education was in the Master of Laws at the Estacio de Sá University with specialization in Law, State and Justice. At this same University, he began his career as an Assistant Professor in the Private Law Department, becoming after while the Executive Coordinator of the Faculty of Law.Currently, after depositing his Monograph text under the title ?Antidiscrimination Law? to the Scientific Council of the Masters in International Legal Sciences for the Lisbon University, awaits the judgment and approval decision to it.
