Doutor e Mestre em Música pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. Graduado em Composição e Regência pela Universidade Federal da Bahia. Pós-Graduando em Gestão e Negócios pela Unisinos-RS (conclusão Julho 2020). Professor assistente da Universidade do Vale do Rio do Sinos (Unisinos) do curso tecnólogo em Produção Fonográfica, atuando nas disciplinas Teoria Musical, Harmonia Musical, História da Música 1 e 2, Demonstração 2. Professor Adjunto da Fundação Municipal de Artes de Montenegro (FUNDARTE), atuando como professor de Teoria Musica, Harmonia Musical e Violoncelo. Seus interesses de pesquisa incluem Identidade Musical, Identidade Poética e Procedimentos composicionais. Teve como tema de doutorado ?A formação de uma identidade poética através de um ciclo de peças?, onde investigou possíveis conexões entre a formação de uma identidade artística e o processo criativo do compositor. Atua como empreendedor musical dando cursos livres de composição, arranjo, teoria e harmonia musical em seminários, festivais de música pelo Brasil.

PhD and Master in Music at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Graduated in Composition and Conducting at the Federal University of Bahia. Post-graduation in business and management at Unisinos-RS. Assistant professor at the University of Vale do Rio do Sinos (Unisinos) of the technologist course in Phonographic Production, working in the disciplines Music Theory, Music Harmony, Music History 1 and 2, Demonstration 2. Adjunct Professor at the Municipal Foundation of Arts of Montenegro (FUNDARTE), acting as professor of Music Theory, Musical Harmony and Cello. His research interests include Musical Identity, Poetic Identity and Compositional Procedures. His PhD theme was ?The formation of a poetic identity through a cycle of pieces?, where he investigated possible connections between the formation of an artistic identity and the creative process of the composer. He acts as a music entrepreneur giving free courses in composition, arrangement, theory and musical harmony in seminars, music festivals throughout Brazil.
