Claudio Lima de Aguiar

Graduated in Chemical Industrial Engineering at Escola de Engenharia de Lorena (1996) and Master in Food Science and Technology at Escola Superior de Agricultura Luiz de Queiroz (1998), both from the University of São Paulo and PhD in Food Science at Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2003). He has experience in the area of Food Science, Technology and Engineering, working and developing research projects, especially in the sugar production chain, sucrose chemical reactions, chemical processes in crystal sugar and technological development.
Graduated in Industrial Chemical Engineering from the School of Engineering of Lorena (1996) and Master's in Food Science and Technology from the Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture (1998), both at the University of São Paulo, and Ph.D. in Food Science from the State University of Campinas (2003). Has experience in the field of Food Science, Technology, and Engineering, working on research projects, particularly in the sugar production chain, chemical reactions with sucrose, chemical processes of crystallized sugar, and technological development.
