Philipi Cavalcante Ricardo

Graduado em Engenharia Química pela Universidade do Estado do Amazonas - UEA (2018), MBA em Gerenciamento Ágil de Projetos pelo IDAAM (2019), Especialista em Engenharia de Bioprocessos pela UNYLEYA (2020), Mestre em Ciência e Engenharia de Materiais pela UFAM (2021) e Doutorando em Ciência e Engenharia de Materiais pela UFSC. Foi cofundador e membro da Empresa Júnior Starthub (2017), Gestor e Pesquisador do Laboratório ILUM do HUB - Tecnologia e Inovação (2015-2020), Cofundador e COO da Versalab Healthtec (2020-2021). Possui experiência na área de biotecnologia, engenharia química e ciência e engenharia de materiais atuando em áreas como bioeconomia, scale-up de bioprocessos, sistemas de encapsulamento e liberação controlada de bioativos, desenvolvimento de sensores e biossensores e produção de nanomateriais por ablação a laser.
I am a Chemical Engineer with a Bachelor's degree from the University of the State of Amazonas - UEA (2018). Additionally, I hold an MBA in Agile Project Management from IDAAM (2019), an Engineering Specialist in Bioprocesses from UNYLEYA (2020), and a Master's in Science and Materials Engineering from UFAM (2021). Currently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. in Science and Materials Engineering at UFSC. Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in various ventures and research projects. I co-founded and was a member of the Junior Company Starthub (2017), where I gained valuable entrepreneurial experience. Moreover, I worked as a Manager and Researcher at the ILUM Laboratory at HUB - Technology and Innovation from 2015 to 2020. In 2020, I co-founded Versalab Healthtec, where I served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) until 2021, honing my leadership and managerial skills. My expertise lies in the fields of biotechnology, chemical engineering, and science and materials engineering. I have been involved in diverse projects, including bioeconomy, scale-up of bioprocesses, development of systems for encapsulation and controlled release of bioactives, sensor and biosensor development, and production of nanomaterials using laser ablation.
