Angela Barbosa Franco

Doctor in Law from the University of Minho, Portugal. Professor at the University Center of Viçosa - Univiçosa. She is the author of the book "THE ALGORITHMIC CONTROL OF DIGITAL PLATFORMS ABOUT THE WORKER?S LABORATIVE DESTINATION". She is the organizer of the books "Law and Literature: discursive intersections in the paths of language"; "Law and Cinema: an expansion of legal horizons based on cinematographic language"; "Law and Music: a poetics as a contribution to the understanding of justice". He has several publications in the field of Labor Law. His areas of interest are: digital platform work contracts; Law and Literature; LGPD and Labor Law.

É autora do livro "O controle algorítmico das plataformas digitais sobre o destino laborativo do trabalhador". Também é organizadora dos livros "Direito e Literatura: interseções discursivas nas veredas da linguagem"; "Direito e Cinema: uma expansão dos horizontes jurídicos a partir da linguagem cinematográfica"; "Direito e Música: a poética como contributo para a compreensão da justiça". Tem diversas publicações na área do Direito do Trabalho. Suas áreas de interesse são: contratos de trabalho com plataforma digitais; Direito e Literatura; LGPD e Direito do Trabalho.
