Graduada em Farmácia (1993), habilitação em Bioquímica - Análises Clínicas (1994) e em Indústria (1995) pela Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto. Especialista em Microbiologia aplicada às Ciências da Saúde (2006), Mestre em Ciências Biológicas - Microbiologia (2009) e Doutora em Análises Clínicas e Toxicológicas pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2017).
Experiência em Indústria Farmacêutica de Medicamentos (1995-1996) e Fitoterápicos (1996-1999), como Gerente do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, Controle de Qualidade Microbiológico e Físico-Químico. Foi referência técnica do Laboratório de Carga viral de HIV e Contagem de Linfócitos (2007-2008) e do Laboratório de Hepatites virais (2008-2017).
Atualmente, exerce a função de Analista e Pesquisadora de Saúde e Tecnologia nível V no Serviço de Virologia e Riquetsioses, Divisão de Epidemiologia e Controle de Doenças da Fundação Ezequiel Dias (FUNED), atuando principalmente em: vigilância em saúde e laboratorial, voltada para diagnóstico sorológico e molecular de hepatites virais / HIV, além de contagem de linfócitos por citometria de fluxo.
I was graduated in Pharmacy (1993), with qualification in Biochemistry - Clinical Analysis (1994) and in Industry (1995) by Federal University of Ouro Preto. Specialist in Microbiology in Health Sciences (2006), Master in Microbiology (2009) and PhD in Clinical and Toxicological Analysis by Federal University of Minas Gerais (2017).
I have worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry of Medicines (1995-1996) and Phytotherapeutics (1996-1999), as Manager of the Quality Management System, Microbiological and Physical-Chemical Quality Control. I was technical reference of the Laboratory of Viral Loads of HIV and Lymphocyte Count (2007-2008) and Laboratory of Viral Hepatitis (2008-2017).
Currently, she works as a Level V Health and Technology Analyst and Researcher in the Virology and Rickettsioses Service, Division of Epidemiology and Disease Control of the Ezequiel Dias Foundation (FUNED), working mainly in: health and laboratory surveillance, focused on diagnosis serological and molecular analysis of viral hepatitis / HIV, as well as lymphocyte count by flow cytometry.
