Desenvolvimento de trabalhos com o uso de técnicas meta-heurísticas e de programação matemática para o planejamento florestal. Atualmente trabalha no desenvolvimento de técnicas de feature selection e data mining que possam auxiliar o planejamento e o manejo florestal.

PhD student in the Post-Graduation Program in Forest Engineering - UFLA. Forest Engineer, currently resides in Lavras - MG. Development of works using the programming language "R" using technical meta-heuristics and mathematical programming for forest planning. He is currently working on developing resource selection and data mining techniques that can assist or plan and manage forestry.
