Estou desempenhando a posição de Gerente de Programas & Projetos Sênior desde Maio/2000, atuando principalmente em projetos de implantação de Sistemas Integrados de Gestão Corporativa (ERP), tais como: Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) e SAP R3. Neste período tenho gerenciado projeto das seguintes áreas de conhecimento: WMS (Warehouse Management System), Inventory, Bill of Material, Work in Process (Discrete & Flow Manufacturing), ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning), Purchase, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, Fiscal & Financial, Service e Education.Especial destaque para os projetos de companhias de grande porte (nacionais e multinacionais) como Eaton Corporation (Truck Division) e GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes.Atualmente estou desempenhando a posição de Gerente de Sistemas Sênior na Anhanguera Educacional S/A (AESA). A AESA é a maior companhia do Brasil no segmento de educação superior privada e possui cerca de 18.000 funcionários e 400.000 alunos.Durante o gerenciamento dos projetos, sou responsável pela revisão de processos de negócios que precedem a implantação dos sistemas, além de analisar melhores práticas de mercado e do PMI (Project Management Institute).Postura pró-ativa, iniciativa, comunicação interpessoal, facilidade para gerenciar pessoas, construção e trabalho em time, coragem gerencial, adaptação a mudanças e orientação a resultados completam meu perfil profissional.

I have been managing projects since 2000 to implement the ERP Systems (e.g. Oracle e-Business Suite EBS, SAP R3, etc.) in big companies such as Eaton Corporation (Truck Division), Gol Airlines Company and Anhanguera Educacional S/A.I have been having the opportunity to review and optimize the business processes of the companies to implement the systems and during those implementations I have been applying the best practices of PMI (Project Management Institute) to manage the projects.Nowadays, I have been working as IT System Manager in the Anhanguera Educacional S/A (AESA). The AESA is the most important company in Brazil in the higher education private market (second world wide) and it has 18,000 employees and 400,000 students.Moreover, I have abilities for people management, team building & teamwork, managerial courage, interpersonal communication skills, initiative, adaptability for changes and drive for results.
