José Renato Ribas Fialho

Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Maria (2001), Master in Geotechnics from the University of Brasilia (2003) and MBA in Maritime and Port Law from the Maritime Law Academy (2022). He is a Specialist in Regulation of Waterway Transportation Services at the National Waterway Transportation Agency - ANTAQ where he holds the position of Superintendent of Regulation. In addition to working in the area of ports and maritime and fluvial navigation, he has experience in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis on geotechnics, working mainly on the following topics: support system, rock mass, construction materials and tunnels.

Possui graduação em Engenharia Civil pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (2001), Mestrado em Geotecnia pela Universidade de Brasília (2003) e Especialização em Direito Marítimo e Portuário pela Maritime Law Academy (2022). Atualmente é Especialista em Regulação de Serviços de Transportes Aquaviários da Agência Nacional de Transportes Aquaviários - ANTAQ onde exerce o cargo de Superintendente de Regulação. Além da atuação na área de portos e navegação marítima e fluvial, tem experiência na área de Engenharia Civil, com ênfase em Geotecnia, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: sistema de suporte, maciço rochoso, materiais de construção e túneis.
