Doutor e mestre em Ciência Política pela Universidade de São Paulo (USP), com estágio doutoral na Universidade de Buenos Aires (UBA) e estudos na Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra (FEUC). MBA em Inteligência Artificial e Big Data pelo Instituto de Ciências Matemáticas e da Computação da Universidade de São Paulo (ICMC-USP). Foi Representante Discente do Departamento de Ciência Política da USP e também Representante Discente da FFLCH-USP. Como grande área de pesquisa estuda a progressiva securitização da vida social desde o fim da URSS, mais especificamente desde o PNUD de 1994. Em seu mestrado estudou as relações entre segurança internacional da União Europeia para o mediterrâneo junto às políticas para imigrantes e refugiados. No doutorado estudou as relações entre segurança pública e assistência social na cidade de São Paulo, mais especificamente para a população de rua. Estudou a relação entre organização social dos trabalhadores e o sindicalismo revolucionário na primeira metade do século XX. Estuda os Fundos Municipais e a terceirização dos serviços públicos para as organizações religiosas (mais especificamente a Igreja Católica). PhD and master in Political Science at the University of São Paulo (USP), with a doctoral internship at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and studies at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra (FEUC). As a major area of research, he studies the progressive securitization of social life since the end of the USSR, more specifically since the 1994 UNDP. In his master's degree he studied the relations between European Union international security for the Mediterranean along with policies for immigrants and refugees. In his doctorate he studied the relationship between public security and social assistance in the city of São Paulo, more specifically for the street population. He studied the relationship between workers' social organization and revolutionary unionism in the first half of the 20th century. Now he studies the Municipal Funds and the outsourcing of public services to religious organizations (more specifically the Catholic Church).
