Bruno Schiavo

Doutorando pela Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Universidade de São Paulo na área de concentração em História e Fundamentos da Arquitetura e do Urbanismo com a tese "Espaço, Corpo e Movimento. August Schmarsow e a Historiografia em Língua Alemã na Virada do o século 20". Graduou-se na mesma casa (2005-2012); realizou intercâmbio pela Technische Universität München (2007-2008); é mestre pela FAU USP com a dissertação "Autonomia e Campo Ampliado. Peter Eisenman, Rosalind Krauss e The Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies" (2013-2016). Foi editor assistente do portal especializado Vitruvius (2014), coordenador do projeto de digitalizacão e publicação online do acervo Código Revista (2014-2016) e curador do Ciclo Realidade e Cultura Contemporânea, organizado pela Escola da Cidade (2012-2013).

He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism at the University of São Paulo, specializing in the History and Fundamentals of Architecture and Urbanism (2019) with the thesis "Space, Body, and Movement. August Schmarsow and German-Language Historiography at the Turn of the 20th Century". He completed his undergraduate studies at the same institution from 2005 to 2012 and participated in an exchange program at the Technische Universität München from 2007 to 2008. He obtained his Master's degree from FAU USP with a dissertation "Autonomy and Expanded Field: Peter Eisenman, Rosalind Krauss, and The Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies" (2013-2016). He has previously worked as assistant editor for the specialized portal Vitruvius (2014), as assistant at the University of São Paulo (2014-2019), as the coordinator for the digitalization and online publication project of the Código Revista collection (2014-2016), and as curator and producer of the Cycle of Reality and Contemporary Culture, organized by Escola da Cidade (2012-2013).
