He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the South of Minas Gerais (2003). Postgraduate Lato Sensu in Public Law by the University Center Newton Paiva in agreement with the Association of State Magistrates - ANAMAGES (2005). Post graduate Lato Sensu in Notarial and Registral Law from Universidade Anhanguera - UNIDERP (2013). Holder of the Natural Registry of Natural Persons and the Notary of Piranguinho - MG, approved by the Public Proof and Title Competition (2007).

Possui graduação em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito do Sul de Minas (2003). Pós-graduada Lato Sensu em Direito Público pela Centro Universitário Newton Paiva em convênio com a Associação dos Magistrados Estaduais - ANAMAGES (2005). Pós-graduada Lato Sensu em Direito Notarial e Registral pela Universidade Anhanguera - UNIDERP (2013). Mestre em Desenvolvimento, Tecnologias e Sociedade - DTecS pela UNIFEI - Universidade Federal de Itajubá (2019). Titular do Registro Civil de Pessoas Naturais e Tabelionato de Notas de Piranguinho - MG, aprovada pelo Concurso Público de Provas e Títulos (2007) com posse em abril de 2011.
