He is currently in charge of technical responsibility for public consortia in the state of Sergipe, which operates in 25 municipalities in the area of ​​basic sanitation, with a focus on the management of urban solid waste. He has extensive technical knowledge in civil construction, infrastructure and basic sanitation, health and safety at work, auditing, management and inspection of engineering works. Currently as technical responsible for the Low São Francisco Sergipano Basin Sanitation Consortium - CONBASF, responsible for the engineering technical department - DTE: The sector is responsible for engineering projects, mapping of existing dumps in the Baixo São Francisco Sergipano region, reports, expertise , reports, meetings with municipal public managers, hearings at the MPF, MPE and MPT. It can stand out as the most relevant and prominent not only for the Lower São Francisco Sergipano. These are projects for the construction and implementation of Recyclable Materials Sorting Centers, Composting Yards, Recyclable Materials Processing Units and Transshipment Units, elaboration of Degraded Areas Recovery Plans - PRAD. The latter, in turn, has as its goal the recovery of degraded areas due to inadequate disposal of urban solid waste, in addition to the others whose main goal is the definitive closure of dumps, existing in the 25 (twenty-five) consortium municipalities, highlighting that they were the first projects designed with this relevance for the environmentally sound treatment, handling and final disposal in the state of Sergipe. Coordinating the operation of two Transshipment Units in addition to civil construction works.

Responsável pela execução e fiscalização de obras, Responsável pela operação das Unidades de Transbordo de Neópolis e Propriá, Coordenador da equipe responsável pela elaboração de Planos de Descontaminação - PD e Planos de Recuperação de Área Degradada - PRAD de lixões, coordenador e membro da equipe de elaboração dos editais de licitação para implantação e operação dos aterros sanitários de Canindé de São Francisco e Japaratuba, no tipo PPP - Parceria Público Privada.
