He holds a master's degree from the Army Command and Staff School (2007).Has experience in the area of Intelligence, Asset Security, Institutional Security and Security of Authorities.Experience in Project Management (2011/2012).He was Public Manager in the years 2004 and 2005 with all his accounts approved by the TCU.Has the course of Political Science by UnBHe served as Parliamentary Advisor to the Army (2006, 2007 and 2008) and the Ministry of Defense (2009 and 2010).He was Head of the Parliamentary Advisory of the Superior Military Court and restructured it in the years of 2013 and 2014.

Possui mestrado pela Escola de Comando e Estado Maior do Exército (2001). Tem experiência na área de Inteligência, Segurança Patrimonial, Segurança Institucional e Segurança de Autoridades.Experiência na Gestão de Projetos.Foi Gestor Público nos anos de 2004 e 2005 com todas suas contas aprovadas pelo TCU.Possui o curso de Ciência Política pela UnBAtuou como Assessor Parlamentar do Exército e do Ministério da Defesa.Foi Chefe da Assessoria Parlamentar do Superior Tribunal Militar e a reestruturou nos anos de 2013 e 2014.
