Eduardo Hideo Gilglioni

Nutricionista, mestre e doutor em biologia celular e molecular pela Universidade Estadual de Maringá. Realizou estágio durante o doutorado no Tytgat Institute for Liver and Intestinal Research da Universidade de Amsterdam (2013-2014 e 2016). Desenvolve estudos com foco no metabolismo energético celular em desordens hepáticas associadas à obesidade. Atuou como professor no departamento de bioquímica da Universidade Estadual de Maringá (2017-2020) e atualmente é pós doutorando no Signal Transduction and Metabolism Laboratory da Universidade Livre de Bruxelas.

Nutritionist, with PhD in cell and molecular biology (State University of Maringá) with sandwich PhD at the Tytgat Institute for Liver and Intestinal Research at the University of Amsterdam (2013-2014 and 2016). Develop studies on energy metabolism and oxidative stress in experimental animal and cellular models of liver disorders and metabolic syndrome. Worked as a professor in the Department of Biochemistry at the State University of Maringá (2017-2020) and is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Signal Transduction and Metabolism Laboratory at the Free University of Brussels.
