Mestre em Desenvolvimento Territorial Rural com ênfase em Políticas Públicas de Turismo Rural pela Universidade Federal de Lavras (UFLA). Doutora em Saúde e Ambiente pelo Centro Universitário (UNIT). Pesquisadora CAPES localizando as Reservas Particulares do Patrimônio Natural (RPPN) na Agenda 2030. Membro do Conselho Nacional do Turismo do Ministério do Turismo. Presidente do Instituto de Desenvolvimento do Turismo Rural Brasil Rural (IDESTUR) liderando planos de desenvolvimento territorial rural no Brasil e na América Latina e coordenando o Projeto Panorama Empresarial do Turismo Rural Brasil / Índices Brasileiros do Turismo Rural (IBTR). Consultora internacional de Desenvolvimento Territorial Rural Sustentável pela ONU/ PNUD e IICA/OEA. Autora de artigos, livros e publicações em jornais, revistas e mídia especializada. President of the Institute for the Development of Rural Tourism in Rural Brazil (IDESTUR) leading rural territorial development plans in Brazil and Latin America and coordinating the Project Business Panorama of Rural Tourism Brazil / Brazilian Rural Tourism Indexes (IBTR). International consultant on Sustainable Rural Territorial Development by the UN/UNDP and IICA/OAS. Author of articles, books and publications in newspapers, magazines and specialized media. Member of the Brazilian Society for the Progress of Science SBPC.My professional path has always been guided by the search for interesting projects that could make a difference in rural areas and offer new possibilities to grow professionally and as a person. Paulista by nature, living in the rural lands of the Escola Superior de Agricultura was an intense and unorthodox path. Passing through the Douro International Park, Quinta do Marquês and Ecole Cheval Blanc, I found one of the vertices of the triangle of the Smart Rural Territory, Rural Tourism. Later, at IICA, at the United Nations, Agenda 2030 and Conservation Units, the second vertex focused on sustainability, conservation and preservation. In this path, the objective of becoming a leader in rural territorial development was also born, inspiring people, building networks and partnerships and creating a positive impact on rural territories. With almost 30 years of experience working with sustainable development, rural development and public policy. I work in the management of strategic and transformative projects in missions in Latin America, Africa and Europe in the area of ​​regenerative rural development, rural tourism, environment and institutional strengthening of territories (UN/UNDP) and (IICA/OAS). Member of advisory boards of the Institute for the Development of Rural Tourism (IDESTUR), National Tourism Council and CEO of the Equestrian and Natural Rural Experiences Operator. He coordinated the Instituto Brasil Rural, which was born as an axis of environmental and social responsibility, serving the public sector, development banks and national and international organizations/entities. Author of books, articles, and publications in newspapers, magazines and specialized media. Co-founder and Mentor of the Conscious Rural Tourism Network and the Women of Rural Tourism Network. Eternal researcher and student, I returned to the Doctoral Program in Health and Environment at PSA UNIT.
