BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira 2011 (Colombia), MSc (2014) and PhD (2019) in Mechanical Engineering from University of Campinas (Unicamp). He was Post-doctoral Researcher in the Department of Computational Mechanics in School of Mechanical Engineering at Unicamp (2019-2020). Between 2020 and 2023 he was Senior Research Associate in the School of Mathematics and Physics at the University of Portsmouth (UK) where in 2023 he was appointed as a Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering at the School of Mechanical and Design Engineering. He has experience in Mechanical Engineering, focused on Multiscale Analysis, acting on the following in the study of the degradation of Li-ion batteries and other heterogeneous materials.
Possui graduação em Engenharia Mecânica - Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira 2011 (Colômbia), Mestrado (2014) e Doutorado (2019) em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (Unicamp). Foi Pesquisador de Pós-doutorado no Departamento de Mecânica Computacional da Faculdade de Engenharia Mecânica da Unicamp (2019-2020).
