Doutorando em Administração de Empresas na Linha de Pesquisa de GHSO: Gestão Humana e Social. Integrante do Grupo de Pesquisa no CNPq pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, grupo de pesquisa Medidas e Modelos da Aprendizagem Individual e Coletiva nas Organizações: aprendizagem a partir das falhas e erros e aprendizagem supersticiosa. Mestre em Administração de Empresas na Linha de Pesquisa de GHSO: Gestão Humana e Social, pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie MBA Executivo em Gestão de Pessoas pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Bacharel em Administração pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo e possuiu licenciatura na área de Gestão pelo Centro Estadual Tecnológico Paula Sousa. Integrante do grupo de pesquisa no CNPq pelo Instituto Presbiteriano Mackenzie, núcleo que foca os temas Competências, Aprendizagem e Educação para Sustentabilidade nas organizações e em IES em Administração, e questões relacionadas à metodologia da pesquisa. Experiência de mais de 25 anos na área de Recursos Humanos, nos subsistemas: Recrutamento e Seleção, Cargos e remuneração, Desenvolvimento Organizacional e Treinamento e Desenvolvimento. Experiência de mais de 20 anos lecionando na área da Educação Profissionalizante (Ensino Médio/Técnico), no Centro Estadual de Educação Tecnológica Paula Souza, na área de gestão, onde além de professor, exerceu também a função de Coordenador de Curso Técnico.

Member of the research group at CNPq by the Instituto Presbiteriano Mackenzie, a nucleus that focuses on the themes Competences, Learning and Education for Sustainability in organizations and Business HEI and issues related to the research methodology.
