Lucas Duarte Vitorino de Paula Xavier Guerra

Doutorando e Mestre em Relações Internacionais pelo Instituto de Relações Internacionais da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (IRI/PUC-Rio). Bacharel em Relações Internacionais e Integração pela Universidade Federal da Integração Latino-Americana (UNILA). Atualmente, realiza pesquisa nas áreas de deslocamento forçado e política dos povos indígenas na América Latina. Editor de Redação na Revista Cadernos de Relações Internacionais (PUC-Rio). Atuou como Pesquisador no "SEED - Segurança e Desenvolvimento no Sul Global", BRICS Policy Center (2020-2021).

PhD student in International Relations at the Institute of International Relations of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (IRI / PUC-Rio). Master in International Relations in the same institution. Bachelor in International Relations and Integration at the Federal University of Latin American Integration (UNILA). Currently, conduct research in the areas of peace processes and indigenous struggles in Latin America. He is a member of the Post-Colonial and Decolonial Debates Initiative (DPCD - IRID / UFRJ). Worked as a teaching intern in the discipline of Post-Colonial Studies at PUC-Rio.
