Bacharel, Mestre e Doutor em Física pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas, obteve os títulos em 2007, 2009 e 2018 respectivamente. Atualmente pesquisador no IFGW/UNICAMP. Atua principalmente nas seguintes áreas: Física de materiais semicondutores e dispositivos optoeletrônicos, fibras ópticas e telecomunicações, e nanofotônica.
Obtain his Bachelor, Master and Doctor in Physics degrees at University of Campinas, in 2007, 2009 and 2018, respectively. Currently researcher at University of Campinas. Primarily acts on the following subjects: Semiconductor physics and optoelectronic devices, fiber optics and telecommunications, and nanophotonics.
