Marco Antônio Juliatto

Doutorando em Modelagem Computacional de Sistemas (UTF), na linha de pesquisa da Governança e Transformação Digital, Mestre em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina - UFSC (2005), graduado em Engenharia de Produção Elétrica (UFSC-1998), Técnico em Eletrotécnica pela Escola Técnica Federal de Santa Catarina (1985) e Professor EBTT (Educação Básica, Técnica e Tecnológica) nos Cursos Técnico de Eletrotécnica e Curso Superior de Tecnologia em Sistemas de Energia, do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Santa Catarina - IFSC, (1988 a 2018) atualmente Professor do Instituto Federal de Brasília - IFB na área de Gestão. Tem experiência na área de Engenharia Elétrica e de Produção, com ênfase em Gestão e Melhoria de Processos, Administração Pública, Energias Renováveis e Eficiência Energética. Já foi coordenador, chefe de departamento, diretor e pró-reitor em instituições da Rede Federal de EPCT , chefe da assessoria de secretaria executiva, diretor e secretário de gestão da SDH/PR (2012 a 2017). Exerceu o cargo de Assessor Especial do NEPI - Núcleo Estruturante da Política de Inovação, junto a Secretaria de Educação Profissional e Tecnológica - SETEC, do Ministério da Educação - MEC. Coordenou o Programa EnergIFE - Programa para Desenvolvimento em Energias Renováveis e Eficiência Energética nas Instituições Federais de Educação, de 2017 a 2023. Foi coordenador da Câmara Temática de Capacitação de Recursos Humanos do Programa Nacional do Hidrogênio - PNH2, onde também atuou como membro do Comitê Gestor do PNH2, como representante do MEC. Atualmente exerce o cargo de Coordenador Geral de Articulação de Políticas para a Transição Energética, do Departamento de Transição Energética, da Secretaria Nacional de Transição Energética e Planejamento, do Ministério de Minas e Energia.

He has experience in the area of Electrical and Production Engineering, with an emphasis on Management and Process Improvement, Public Administration, Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency. He has already been coordinator, head of department, director and pro-rector in institutions of the Federal EPCT Network, head of the executive secretariat advisory, director and management secretary of SDH/PR (2012 to 2017). He currently holds the position of Special Advisor at NEPI - Structuring Nucleus for Innovation Policy, with the Secretariat for Professional and Technological Education - SETEC, of the Ministry of Education - MEC. He currently coordinates the EnergIFE Program - Program for the Development of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency in Federal Education Institutions (Port. MEC nº 615, of 08/18/2022 and Port. Conj. SETEC / SESU nº 1, of 12/22/2022). He is coordinator of the Thematic Chamber for Capacity Building of Human Resources of the National Hydrogen Program-PNH2, where he is also a member of the Management Committee of PNH2, as a representative of the MEC.
