Fábio Ávila Nossack

Graduated in Forest Engineering from Unesp, Faculty of Agronomic Sciences of Botucatu (2009). Specialist in Geoprocessing and Georeferencing of Rural and Urban Properties by Fundação Educacional de Ituverava (2014), a course that enabled him by CREA to carry out Georeferencing of Rural Properties with INCRA, where he is accredited. He is Master and Doctor in Agronomy (Irrigation and Drainage) by Unesp Botucatu (2012 and 2016). He carries out studies and services with an emphasis on Geoprocessing and Remote Sensing, working mainly in Environmental Licensing, Grants, Environmental Recovery and Remediation, Preparation and Coordination of Environmental Plans and Projects, Water Resources Conservation and Recovery of Degraded Areas. He was Municipal Secretary of Agriculture and Environment of the Municipality of Assis between 2017 and 2020 and today he holds the position of Municipal Secretary of Planning, Works and Services and is the current municipal coordinator of protection and civil defense of Assis, SP. He is a Professor at Universidade Paulista (UNIP), in the Civil Engineering course, since 2017, in the subjects of Topography and Geodesy. He has been studying Bachelor of Laws at Unip since 2019. He is currently seeking to improve in Data Science and Computer Science.

Possui graduação em Engenharia Florestal pela Unesp, Faculdade de Ciências Agronômicas de Botucatu (2009). É Especialista em Geoprocessamento e Georreferenciamento de Imóveis Rurais e Urbanos pela Fundação Educacional de Ituverava (2014), curso que o habilitou pelo CREA a realizar o Georreferenciamento de Imóveis Rurais junto ao INCRA, onde é credenciado. É Mestre e Doutor em Agronomia (Irrigação e Drenagem) pela Unesp de Botucatu (2012 e 2016). Realiza estudos e serviços com ênfase em Geoprocessamento e Sensoriamento Remoto, atuando principalmente em Licenciamentos Ambientais, Outorgas, Recuperação e Remediação Ambiental, Elaboração e Coordenação de Planos e Projetos Ambientais, Conservação dos Recursos Hídricos e Recuperação de Áreas Degradadas. Foi Secretário Municipal de Agricultura e Meio Ambiente do Município de Assis entre 2017 e 2020 e hoje ocupa o cargo de Secretário Municipal de Planejamento, Obras e Serviços e é o atual Coordenador Municipal de Proteção e Defesa Civil de Assis, SP. É Professor na Universidade Paulista (UNIP), no curso de Engenharia Civil, desde 2017, nas disciplinas de Topografia e Geodésia. Cursa Bacharelado em Direito na Unip desde 2019. Atualmente tem buscado aperfeiçoamento em Ciências de Dados e Ciência da Computação.
