He holds a degree in ODONTOLOGY from the Federal University of Pernambuco- UFPE (2002); Specialization in Orthodontics, Implant and Odontopediatrics. Master's and Doctorate in Dentistry (Pediatric Dentistry) at the University of Pernambuco-UPE (2013-2017). She is currently a Dentist Surgeon - ROSARIO MACIEL DENTAL CONSULTING, Orthodontics Professor at ORTO-G and Dentist Surgery at Jaboatão dos Guararapes City Hall, attending to patients with special needs. He has experience in Dentistry, with emphasis on the following subjects: dental caries, children, Public Health, Pediatric Dentistry, Patients with special needs, Orthodontics and restorative dental treatment without pain-ART. She participated as a Postdoctoral Student of the ART Project with the children, working with children patients on cancer treatment at Oswaldo Cruz-HUOC University Hospital. She is an officer of the Brazilian Navy, First Lieutenant acting as an Dentist, at the Naval Hospital of Recife.

Atualmente é Cirurgiã Dentista - CONSULTÓRIO ODONTOLÓGICO ROSÁRIO MACIEL, Professora de Ortodontia do ORTO-G e Cirurgiã-Dentista da Prefeitura Municipal de Jaboatão dos Guararapes, atendimento a Pacientes com Necessidades Especiais. Tem experiência na área de Odontologia, com ênfase principalmente nos seguintes temas: cárie dentária, criança, Saúde Pública, Odontopediatria, Pacientes com necessidades especiais, Ortodontia e tratamento dentário restaurador sem dor-ART. É oficial da Marinha do Brasil, Capitão-Tenente atuando como Cirurgiã Dentista, no Hospital Naval De Recife. Participou como Pós Doutoranda do Projeto Fazendo ART com as crianças, trabalhando com pacientes especiais infantis em tratamento Oncológico no Hospital Universitário Oswaldo Cruz-HUOC no ano de 2019.
