Leandro Meneguelli Biondo

Analista Ambiental desde 2013, atualmente trabalha no Instituto Nacional da Mata Atlântica do Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovações (INMA / MCTI), na Divisão de Tecnologia da Informação. Apoia a execução de projetos de pesquisa e a gestão do Instituto, que inclui as coleções de Botância e Zoologia do antes Museu de Biologia Mello Leitão, a Biblioteca Fernando Lee e as Estações Biológicas de Santa Lúcia e São Lourenço. Trabalhou com eficiência energética de edifícios e com a base de dados espacial do CNFP e do CAR, gerindo banco postgis e equipe de análise de imagens e geoprocessanento. Possui graduação em Meteorologia (2010) pelo Instituto de Astronomia, Geofísica e Ciências Atmosféricas da Universidade de São Paulo, mestre em Ciências Florestais (2016) pelo Departamento de Engenharia Florestal da Universidade de Brasília, na área de Manejo Florestal com ênfase no uso de sensoriamento remoto para estimativas de estoque florestal com o IFN. Doutorando em Sustentabilidade no Interdisciplinary Graduate Studies (IGS) da UBC - Okanagan em Kelowna, Canadá. Participou de projetos do SFB para melhoria de dados florestais, criação e planejamento de sistemas de informação florestal, análise de paisagem e automatização de reconhecimento de biomassa por sensoriamento remoto. Os principais sistemas de atuação no SFB foram o Cadastro Nacional de Florestas Públicas (CNFP) e o Cadastro Ambiental Rural (CAR), incluindo a atualizacao anual do primeiro e o planejamento, execução e fiscalização do segundo. Participa da implementação e operacionalização dos sistemas federais e estaduais de cadastro de imóveis rurais, sua análise e programas de regularização ambiental (PRA). Apoia a regulamentação das cotas de reserva ambiental (CRA) e integração dos sistemas do SFB com o BACEN, Ibama, CGU, TCU, MPF, Receita Federal e Policia Federal. Consultor de 2007 a 2013 em ar condicionado e eficiência energética de edificações, particularmente com modelagem numérica de sistemas prediais para adequação de normas e certificação ambiental de empreendimentos (LEED, AQUA e PROCEL-PBE).

Graduated in Meteorology (2010) from the Institute of Astronomy, Geophysics and Atmospheric Sciences of the University of São Paulo, Master in Forestry Sciences (2016) from the Department of Forestry Engineering of the University of Brasília, in the area of Forest Management with emphasis on the use of remote sensing for forest stock estimates with the National Forest Inventory. Graduate student on Sustainability at Interdisciplinary Graduate Studies (IGS) - UBC Okanagan Campus - Kelowna, Canadá. Environmental Analyst since 2013, currently works at the National Institute of the Atlantic Forest of the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation and Communications (INMA / MCTIC), in the Science Division. Supporting the execution of research projects and the management of the Institute, which includes the Botanical and Zoological collections of the former Mello Leitão Museum of Biology, the Fernando Lee Library and the Biological Research Stations of Santa Lúcia and São Lourenço.
