Juliana Hotta Ansai

Graduated in Physiotherapy from the Federal University of São Carlos. She is improved in Physiotherapy in the area of ​​Geriatrics and Gerontology by the Hospital das Clínicas of the University of São Paulo (HCFMUSP-SP). He completed his master's and doctorate at the Postgraduate Program in Physiotherapy at UFSCar. She was substitute professor at the UFSCar Gerontology Department and on the coordination, tutoring and teaching staff of the Specialization in Aging and Health for the Elderly UFSCar. She was an adjunct professor of the Physiotherapy course, Integrated Health Institute, of the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul Foundation (UFMS) (2017-2019). She is currently an adjunct professor at the Department of Gerontology, UFSCar, and advisor to the Postgraduate Program in Gerontology. She is leader of the CNPq Research Group Functional and multiprofessional approach in Gerontology. She is member of the Research and Practice in Dementia (RAPID) Physiotherapist Network, coordinated by Profa. Morag Taylor (UNSW, Australia). She has experience in topics related to the elderly, physical activity, gait and mobility, falls and cognition.

Possui graduação em Fisioterapia pela Universidade Federal de São Carlos. É aprimorada em Fisioterapia na área de Geriatria e Gerontologia pelo Hospital das Clínicas da Universidade de São Paulo (HCFMUSP-SP). Concluiu o mestrado e o doutorado pelo Programa de Pós Graduação em Fisioterapia da UFSCar. Foi professora substituta do Departamento de Gerontologia UFSCar e da equipe de coordenação, tutoria e docentes da Especialização em Envelhecimento e Saúde da Pessoa Idosa UFSCar. Foi professora adjunto A do curso de Fisioterapia, Instituto Integrado de Saúde, da Fundação Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS) (2017-2019). Atualmente, é professora adjunto A do Departamento de Gerontologia, UFSCar, e orientadora do Programa de Pós-graduação em Gerontologia. É líder do Grupo de Pesquisa CNPq Abordagem funcional e multiprofissional em Gerontologia. É membro do Research and Practice in Dementia (RAPID) Physiotherapist Network, coordenado pela Profa. Morag Taylor (UNSW, Australia). Tem experiência em temas relacionadas ao idoso, atividade física, marcha e mobilidade, quedas e cognição.
