Cintia Prates Facuri

Master's degree in Archaeology in the the Post-Graduation Program in Archaeology at the Museu Nacional/UFRJ (PPGArq/MN/UFRJ), having conductied her research in the field of Egyptian Archaeology, with emphasis on Egyptian Religion through the Bronze Votive Statues of the Museum collection. Funding of CAPES. Graduated degree in Letters - Portuguese / English at the FFLCH-USP, where she conducted her graduation's research on Ancient Egyptian Literature, with funding from the PRP-USP. Paritcipated on the excavations of the Neferhotep Project, el-Khokha, Luxor, Egypt (2014). Member of the Seshat ? Laboratory of Egyptology of the National Museum/UFRJ and the GEKemet - Grupo de Estudos Kemet ? História e Arqueologia do Egito Antigo do CEIA/UFF.

Mestra em Arqueologia pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Arqueologia do Departamento de Antropologia do Museu Nacional/UFRJ (PPGArq/MN/UFRJ), com financiamento da CAPES. Bacharel e Licenciada em Letras - Português / Inglês pela Faculdade de Filosofia, Letras e Ciências Humanas da Universidade de São Paulo (2011), onde realizou sua pesquisa de Iniciação Científica sobre Literatura Egípcia Antiga, financiamento da Pró-Reitoria de Pesquisa da Universidade de São Paulo (2009-2012). Possui experiência no campo da Egiptologia, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Egito faraônico, religião egípcia, devoção pessoal, estatuetas votivas em bronze, estudo de coleções, literatura egípcia antiga. Participou das escavações do complexo funerário de Neferhotep, el-Khokha, Luxor, Egito (2014). É membro do Seshat - Laboratório de Egiptologia do Museu Nacional/UFRJ e do GEKemet - Grupo de Estudos Kemet - História e Arqueologia do Egito Antigo do CEIA/UFF.
