Doutorando e Mestre em Direito Internacional e Comparado pela Universidade de São Paulo - USP. Bacharel em Direito do Estado pela Universidade Federal do Paraná - UFPR. Advogado em Curitiba-PR. Participou do Programa de Formação em Comércio Internacional da Missão Permanente do Brasil junto à OMC em Genebra, Suíça. Foi pesquisador visitante na Biblioteca do UNIDROIT em Roma, Itália, e também pesquisador e bolsista de Iniciação Científica do CNPq na UFPR.
