Associate Professor II at the Santa Catarina Federal University (UFSC) Arts Department and at the Graduate Program in Literature, teaching classes and mentoring theses and dissertations about Theater Directing, Playwriting, Storytelling, Opera, Drama, Theory of Theatre and Theatre History. B.A. in Theatre Directing at the Rio Grande do Sul Federal University (UFRGS/1999). M.A. in Theory of Literature, CNPq scholarship, at the Rio Grande do Sul Catholic University (PUCRS/2007). PhD in Theatre, CAPES/FULBRIGHT scholarship, at the University of Colorado at Boulder (CU/2010). Postdoctoral fellow at the Wiener Wortstätten (Vienna, Austria) and the University of Brasília (WW + UnB/2022-2023). CNPq research group leader at the NEEDRAM - Theatre Directing and Dramatic Writing Research Centre, which is a Network of Higher Education in Performing Arts (ITI/UNESCO) member. Dramatic Writing Brazilian Conference: Reflection and Practice (SBEDR) manager. Miletrê Theater Group coordinator. Participant in the 1001 PLAYS project coordinated by GMU (USA). Member of ANPOLL's Dramaturgy and Theater WG, ABRALIC, Asian Theater WG/IFTR, International Playwriting Forum (IPF)/ITI and Lincoln Center Theater Director's Workshop. Experience in Theatre and Drama, working mainly as a playwright and a theater director.

Professor Associado II lotado no Departamento de Artes da UFSC, atua nos eixos de Escrita Dramática e Encenação Teatral no curso de Graduação em Artes Cênicas e no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Literatura (PPGLit), ministrando disciplinas e orientando nas seguintes áreas: Escrita Dramática, Storytelling, Ópera, Encenação Teatral, Literatura Dramática, Teoria e História do Teatro. Possui Graduação em Artes Cênicas - habilitação em Direção Teatral pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS/1999). Mestre em Letras - Teoria da Literatura, como bolsista CNPq pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS/2007). PhD em Teatro, como bolsista de doutorado integral CAPES/FULBRIGHT pela University of Colorado at Boulder (CU/2010). Pós-doutorado junto ao Wiener Wortstätten (Viena, Áustria) e a Universidade de Brasília (WW + UnB/2022-2023). Líder do grupo de pesquisa NEEDRAM - Núcleo de Estudos em Encenação Teatral e Escrita Dramática, que é membro do Network of Higher Education in Performing Arts (ITI/UNESCO). Organizador do SBEDR - Seminário Brasileiro de Escrita Dramática: Reflexão e Prática. Coordenador da Cia. Teatral Miletrê. Participante do projeto 1001 PLAYS coordenado pela GMU (EUA). Membro do GT de Dramaturgia e Teatro da ANPOLL, da ABRALIC, do Asian Theatre WG/IFTR, do International Playwriting Forum (IPF)/ITI e do Lincoln Center Theater Director´s Workshop. Tem experiência na área do Teatro e do Drama, atuando principalmente como Autor Dramático e Encenador Teatral.
