Atualmente diretor e pesquisador senior na METAL EXATO, Assessoria em Metalurgia, Materiais e QualidadeGraduado em Engenharia Metalúrgica pela Escola de Engenharia Mauá (1977); Mestre em Engenharia pela Escola Politécnica da USP (1993); Especialização em Aços pela Nippon Steel Co (Japão-1984); MBA em Administração de Negócios pela FEAUSP (2002); Lead Auditor ISO9000 pela DNV; Black Belt pela Ford Motor Co (2018).Experiência de mais de 35 anos em Metalurgia, particularmente em Análise de Falhas em Peças e Materiais Metálicos tendo trabalhado na COSIPA/USIMINAS (14 anos), Bosch Siemens Continental (2 anos), FORD MOTOR CO. (14 anos), Thyssenkrupp Aços Especiais (2 anos) e Schmolz+Bickenback (5 anos).Professor do SENAI por 12 anos (curso de Metalurgia Fisica e Tratamentos Térmicos) e Monitor de Cursos em Metalurgia e Ferramentas da Qualidade em todas as empresas que trabalhou somando mais de 1000 técnicos e engenheiros treinados. O último curso "Metalurgia para Não Metalurgistas" foi ministrado para mais de 300 engenheiros e técnicos na FORD SBCampo, Bahia e Argentina (ministrado em espanhol). Palestrante convidado em cursos na PUCSP e na USP. Atualmente faz parte do Comitê Técnico da AEA (Associação de Engenharia Automotiva)

(14 years), Thyssenkrupp Special Steel (2 years) and Schmolz + Bickenback (5 years).Teacher of SENAI for 12 years (Physical Metallurgy and Thermal Treatments course) and Monitor of Courses in Metallurgy and Quality Tools in all companies that worked with more than 1000 trained technicians and engineers. The last course "Metallurgy for Nonmetallurgists" was taught to more than 300 engineers and technicians at FORD SBCampo, Bahia and Argentina (taught in Spanish). Guest speaker on courses at PUCSP and USP. He is currently part of the Technical Committee of the AEA (Association of Automotive Engineering)
