Antonio Paulo Santos Souza

Graduated in PHYSICS from the State University of Ceará (2010), Master in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (2014) and Doctorate in Engineering and Materials Science from the Federal University of Ceará (2019). Experience in synthesis and characterization of nanostructured materials and their applications in third generation photovoltaic devices. Experience in synthesis of Titanate Nanotubes by the hydrothermal method and ion exchange processes. Experience in deposition of nanotube thin films and nanostructured metal oxides by electrophoresis. Experience in characterization by Electrochemical Impedance Spectrocopies (EIS) in flexible solar cells (OPV) and DSSCs and also by several photoelectrochemical techniques. Experience in RAMAN spectroscopy and X-ray Diffraction and its refinement of Rietveld with help from GSAS. Experience in Scanning and Optical Electron Microscopies. Experience in teaching at medium and higher level. Invited from the Solar Energy Journal to the associate member of the International Solar Energy Society (2020-2021). Experience as a reviewer of the scientific journal Solar Energy (2021). Reviewer of journals for the AEIC (Academic Exchange Information Center) (2021).

Possui graduação em FÍSICA pela Universidade Estadual do Ceará (2010), Mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (2014) e Doutorado em Engenharia e Ciência de Materiais pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (2019). Experiência em síntese e caracterização de materiais nanoestruturados e suas aplicações em dispositivos fotovoltaicos de terceira geração. Experiência em síntese de Nanotubos de Titanatos pelo método hidrotérmico e processos de troca iônica. Experiência em deposição de filmes finos de Nanotubos e de óxidos metálicos nanoestruturado por eletroforese. Experiência em cacterização por técnicas de Espectrocopias de Impedância Eletroquímica (EIE) em células solares flexíveis (OPV) e DSSCs e por diversas técnicas fotoeletroquímicas. Experiência em espectroscopia RAMAN e Difração de Raio-X e seu refinamento de Rietveld com aúxílio do GSAS. Experiência em Microscopias eletrônicas de Varredura e óptica.
